The LG G2 soon be updated to Android 5.1.1

Updated to Lollipop in April, the LG G2 will benefit from an upgrade to the latest version of Android in the next two months.

It could doubt seen the few devices of the brand updated to Lollipop, but LG has yet to follow the software updates of its “old” LG G2. The website AndroidPIT indeed indicates that one of his sources inside the LG Korean branch said to him that the LG G2 will be updated in the next two months to Android 5.1.1. LG account and get its former flagship of version 5.0.2 of Android, which he received in April directly to Android 5.1.1 without using version 5.1. On this occasion, the LG G2 should benefit from LG UX 4.0, the graphical interface that is currently on the LG G4.

The LG G2 is the flagship of LG 2013. It is equipped with a Full HD screen, a Snapdragon processor 800 and a battery of 3000 mAh. Despite its almost two years of existence, it remains a smartphone yet very powerful.
